战术篇：釜底抽薪。AI行动逻辑，当AI兵营人少于周边国家平均值的时候，会陷入瘫痪停止进攻，而当他兵营开到20以上的时候，侵略性会异常增加。如何控制一家疯狂扩张的AI，如何迎战27兵营一轮4波潮水般的进攻?唯有游说，拆光AI的武将，进行釜底抽薪。

最多从AI那里一轮挖到9人，只要AI还有备用人才，哪怕是大众脸，只要能进兵营，后期就是50人的拆迁队!治病去根，从根源上抑制AI的进攻，唯有游说。当然，如果你在游戏早期执行了某些战略规划，后期也不至于如此遭遇如此尴尬的窘境，不过战略等等再讲。

在游戏中期，你作为玩家要时刻留意AI的部队数量，如果AI人力超过20，那么就要提前进行游说或者进行打击抓捕俘虏或者干脆直接消灭。否则，后期AI能肆意扩张，开30兵营一轮把你2到3城。游说由于可以在外交贸易状态下进行，所以可以以非战争的手段进行提前遏制。
